Making a purchase:Purchasing garden machinery could not be easier. Just browse our Shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Credit/Debit Cards:We accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron and Solo cards through a secure server using 128-bit encryption. Information is not decrypted until stored on our database. If you would prefer to pay by phone, please call us on 01630 639671.
Postage & Handling:Postage charges are identified. Goods should be inspected before they are signed for. Goods should be REFUSED if they are seriously damaged in transit. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.
Purchasing from Us:To purchase from us you must be over 18.
By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have taken full payment and confirmed acceptance of your order. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch date of the of the goods ordered.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability.
Most items are kept in stock, and therefore we aim to deliver your order right away. You should normally expect to receive your order within 5 business days (Normally 2-3 days) – however, it may take longer if items are out of stock, or if there are any issues experienced by the courier.
Cancellation by Us:We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: 1. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or 2. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. 3.If we do cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We are under no obligation to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. *Please note that whilst we try to ensure deliveries, and collection runs as smooth as possible, we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for non-delivery or collections of items on a particular day. Normal Royal Mail delivery rules apply. As precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Back Orders:If your item is not in stock, we will backorder for you and that will be identified in your shopping basket. You can decide at this stage not to proceed, or telephone to check the estimated delivery date, please call us on 01630 639671.
Non-Stocking Special Order Item:If the product is ordered incorrectly by the customer and they choose to return there will be a 20% re-stocking fee due to us returning this to our supplier. Tax charges: all order prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
